gosh..hanging in the bedroom for decoration?  its a charm.
underwear is very private personal thing... those who received them as gift would have to weight the responsibility and consequences which they are or will be in. Often people us item gift as hint for something they desire, underwear normally comes in a way to express the desire to be closer to the other in a notty way.
to me.. its not appropriate for an innocent girl to do that |
