Bina pusat membeli belah lagi dan lagi dan lagi......

Mari kawan2...kita bincang pula pasal pusat membeli belah kat labuanni...apa kata kita bina lagi pusat membeli belah kat sini...takkan ujana kewangan ja pusat membeli belah kat sini...jum kita bina pusat membeli belah centre point ka,maideen ka, sungai wang plaza...dan macam2 lagi...pendek kata macam2 adaaaaa...takkan kat labuanni asyik tambah kelab malam ja...cuba teman2 fikirkan...

i don't think lbn shld build anymore shopping mall as what we can see there's so much empty lots in UK. moreover lbn people spending power is not so high. almost not to miss out is that lbn people are easily satisfied, most r not fashion-chaser or binge-eater. teruk lah if got one more shopping mall, i think UK will either survive or become another deserted mall.

We dress for comfort and we eat out only once awhile. Not like in big city, people dress to kill and eat like any minute. Whenever my relatives visited KL, they always surprised to see people eating anytime of the day or night. Trust me, if u stay in labuan and have home cook food (which i'm sure of), then u rather drive a five-minute trip back home to eat yr lunch or dinner, with exception of those whose mom can't cook, my sympathy goes to u guys, haha, for not able to enjoy food at home. of cos, there's also those who will disagree with me, like those who love 'window-shopping' (mind u, i'm one of them) or those who simply got too much money to spend and are tired of flying to cities for shopping.

ask yrself this seriously: "will u be happier with another shopping mall?" what's more important in yr life than to lepak in the mall?"

I've said my part.. it's time for u to think..

kalu nutty plak...setuju gak ngan apa yg spider ckp...org labuan nih ndak ramai dan kita kurang memerlukan shopping complex yg byk...bkn x memerlukan langsung tapi kurang sket... Smile

kalu kita tgok UK tuh pun masih agik ada kedai yg 0..so...kalu ada another shopping mall for sure la shopping mall d labuan ni berisiko tinggi xda customer o pengunjung...sdgkan UK yg satu satunya tuh pun kadang2 x ramai org..nasig jak la ada ofis building d ctu... Confused

tp kalu mo bina theme park tuh rasanya mmg sesuai sgt...cuz labuan nih lebih kepada tempat utk relax bkn utk shopping....that's y some people say Labuan is a pleasure Island n not suitable place 2 shopping...so xda sebab utk besungut yg labuan nih boring tiada tempat utk shopping cuz labuan bkn tmpt shopping...shopping sket2 tuh bleh la...

kalu kita pkirkan pun...andainya la kan...byk kedai di buka d labuan nih...berapa kerap org labuan akan membeli barang misalnya kedai baju o boutique...berapa kerap dlm sebulan kita beli baju....paling kurang pun sekali jak kan....so...peniaga pun pkir pasal untung rugi drg jak...cuz dlm sebulan drg bleh untung sehari jak..yg lain rugiiii....... Confused

so...forumnis yg lain mcm mana plak..?? Cool
