Can anyone recommend a real estate agent on Labuan ?

Hi everyone, I am moving to Labuan soon and will be looking to rent a house preferably in a quiet private location and could use some advice about agents or the best place to find property to let on the Island.

I am in the same position and hope to move to Labuan soon. I don't think there are any real estate offices as we would understand them in UK/USA - the market is probably too small.
However by chance I found several (half a dozen or so) private adverts on the large notice boards that sit on the walls of the LHS and RHS corridors that lead to all the shops in the ground floor of the Financial Center. Additionally I noticed several similar A4 photocopy type ads on a variety of shop windows in town. Can I suggest spending a day wandering systematically around town with a notebook and pen?
Similarly when going with my wife for a casual evening stroll round the roads and lanes behind the town we noticed 3 houses, too big for our needs admitedly, with House For Rent signs hanging on the gates.

Thank you for the information, I will go and look - I am stuck in a Hotel currently and have seen a few houses but most not so nice inside. Sad
