Thanks, yes, I talked to a lady named Lily Rebecca. Her piece of land is too large (6.9 arce) and I want a seaview or beachfront. I passed her info for my brother to look at and see his clients are interested. I'm still looking. Labuan is a small island, hard to buy something that near a nice beach.

I do not know much about the land but I do know they wanted to sell it. Isn't it nice and easy if there is a real estate website for Labuan? Very Happy

Hope you find the land soon. For a small Island like Labuan perhaps it is easier to search for a property when you are actually there. Have you tired advertising it in the local paper?

I'm currently reside in Canada so it is pretty hard to look for something while I'm thousands miles away. I have my brother in Sarawak and my girlfriend in Labuan keep their eyes open for me. Real estate is pretty slow there too so not many people are selling or buying. Sellers find it hard to sell and buyers find there is limited choice out there. So, I'm right now just crossed my figures and wait, and wait, and wait...
