I am the senior mapper for Labuan/Sabah, and I live in this very island.
For those who like to put any Point of Interest, your business office, restaurant, etc. on the map, for easily searcheable & navigated to location, please contact me. This is free services for the community for the benefit of the community.
Currently, supported format are Garmin & Papago. Soon maybe iGo, there will be more.
For those who need help to install Mapsource to view the map on the laptop or PC, can make a date with me. Labuan is a small island

Hi Shideen. Are you a surveyor or cartographer? My father Brian Wright was District Surveyor on Labuan from 1956 to 1960. I have some very old Maps of Labuan as well as some old aerial photo's. Does anybody from the Survey branch remember my father? I will be visiting Labuan next week. We will be there from Thursday 7th May for 4 days. It would be good to visit the Survey office if it is still operating.
