err...i dont make poo poo everyday :oops: ...already eat alot of banana and vege, and drink alot of water, but still doesnt help...any suggestion(s)?

ah.. 2 times a week is terok, but 4 times a week isnt that bad. but I OC everyday in the morning and sometimes in the evening. if I very greedy and have ice cream after dinner or eat too much BBQ chicken pizza, I might poo more. I hope it is normal to poo so much. but anyway, have you tried psyllium husk in your cereal? I eat cereal in the morning and I just had one too eventho it is 15 hours to the next morning. can not tahan bah... like the cereal too much, I have apricot and sultanas and rolled oats I add psyllium husk to it and it helps me to poo more everyday :wink:

oh ya pizza, it also depends on the environment. I have a cousin, she only pangsai when she comes to my house.. she often has constipation problem too, but when ever she comes to my house, she can pangsai easily.. .... perhaps you can try that too, visit all your friend's house see who's house has the best environment to make you poo easily.

na...dont eat cereal here...they dont have fresh milk...it taste weird with powdered milk.....
what is psyllium? some kind of chemical? not nice to depend on it to make poo poo right? i was thinking to eat the roadside burger....maybe it will help abit.... go to friend;s house pangsai ah....should i start with yours first...? tapi everytime need to pangsai have to spend at least RM3000 to buy air ticket to your place....millionare also cannot tahan laa! :lol: :lol: |

oh thts very true, but hey that psyllium isnt chemical stuff. its like wheat husk but its psyllium husk.. ahh.. i got the packet here, they have the website printed on the package --> Guests cannot see links in the messages. (not sure whats in the website). anyway, you can make drink with psyllium husk i.e mix with juice etc.. and it will expand to jelly like (a bit gross but not that bad to drink). it is good for diabetic and etc too.. says on the label "The modern diet usuualy lacks in fibre. The fibre in your daily diet can act to assist with daily elimination of undifested food and other wastes from the digestive system, colon and bowel. Psyllium Husk is a natural product that is traditionally used as a digestive fibre due to its mucilaginous and bulk forming property." and " No sugar, no additives, and gluten free" :lol: and " Psyllium husk can be used in a variety ways to assist to increase the amount of dietary fibre in your diet. Fibre is reported to assist with absorbing fats and cholesterol from the difestive system."
anyway, I just add them into my cereal because it makes the cereal taste good. Further, it only cost Au$2.00 for 200g while I heard that some people in labuan selling it as a suppliment for RM95 for little bottle and called it sian-dan!btw, I think roadside burger wont help unless you want to pang batu sai!!! |

and pizza, I eat my cereal with carton soy milk, it tastes better than normal fresh milk and good for you too.

pizza, eating banana won't help.. try papaya. 4 times a week is still not healthy, as what we eat each day shld somehow come out after 12-18 hrs, if not then it will be toxic in our body. however, if u r those slim girl who still eat like baby, then u definately can't do it everyday since there's nothing in yr body to dispose of. some veges actually slow down yr digestion and stop u from going to toilet, so better be careful, u won't want to eat too much of those as well.
like what druidy said is true as well, finding a more relax environment for doing yr big business can help. of cos, i'm not suggesting u to my house, haha. maybe u can start with yr neighbors :mrgreen: (pity them..) |

i tried the road side burger last night.....and i manage to make some business this morning.....indeed....it was batu sai!!! :?
papaya huh? maybe i should try that.... actually i dont feel like making poo poo. but everyone keep saying it is not good for your body. so i'm trying to 'train' my bowel to make more business....at least once a day....i think i just dont have the patience to sit on a toilet bowl and wait.... i wonder if it is a hormonal problem..... druidy, too much soy also not good.....can destroy kidney. |

hmm, not patient enough to sit in toilet? maybe u can try reading magazine or comic in the toilet, haha. many people does that. comic the best, if laugh too much, then yr 'poo poo' has no choice but to be forced out.. haha.. (sorry for such weird & disgusting idea)...

batu sai??? kasian... but you very nottie girl to makan burger.. u know it is very heaty ka-ler bad for you!
my sister also poo little my dad give her papaya too but it doesnt work that well. for me, I hate papaya dont really like the taste. But I like preserved green papaya.you are right pizza, that too much soy will not be good for kidney, actually too much of everything isnt good either.. I believe every food has a certain strong concerntrated substance which will do no good to body if over taking it. Soy isnt a good substitute for milk, but it is okay to take it for breakfast isnt it? I don't like to drink the carton soy milk directly (the carton one in australia tasted a little defferent to those homemade soy milk) btw, hehe its bad bad bad habit to read in the toilet.. :mrgreen: I got a friend I went to her house and found that she got stacks of comics in her toilet! so covenient eh.. and I ended up going to toilet reading comics forgetting the main purpose of me in the toilet! |
