HEAD OF OIL & GAS SERVICES




• BSc. in Engineering or equivalent. Those with professional qualification will be given preference.


• At least 15 years experience in O&G major fabrication projects in Sr. Management post.


• Well verse in planning, design and relevant project system software.


• Competent with technical and specification standards – API, ASME, BS, DIN, AWS, PTS and other international standards.


• Significant knowledge and experience in commercial aspects of projects including procurement and contract management.


• Strong business acumen and result oriented.






DOCK MASTER

• Degree in Naval Architecture or related discipline.


• 5 to 10 years experience in operating and managing a shiplift of at least 5,000 tons lifting capacity.


• Must have considerable knowledge of stability and load distribution calculations and docking plan development.


• Possess general seamanship knowledge that includes basic navigation and inshore/offshore mooring techniques.


• Well versed in maritime regulations and Health, Safety and Environment requirements.






SENIOR MANAGER, CONTRACTS

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Building / Engineering or any discipline from a recognized

institution. Legal background will be an added advantage.


• Minimum 10 years of working experience especially in the O&G industry, preferably in contracts administration and handling disputes.


• Familiar and hands on experience in both pre and post contract works is highly desirable including tender, contract review and drafting.


• High critical thinking, problem solving and good business acumen.






MANAGER, PROJECTS

• Recognized Engineering Degree preferably in Civil & Mechanical



• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar capacity in offshore oil and gas upstream industry is essential.



• Have prior experience in managing works at engineering / construction sites or in oil rig / offshore platform or topsides / petrochemical projects


• Strong project management skill and able to coordinate a team of multi-discipline engineers, designers and subcontractors


• Understand and familiar with applicable codes, standards and specifications






MANAGER, PLANNER

• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering


• 3-5 years Project Planning experience in Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries


• Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software of P6 operating expertise


• Ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detail Engineering and Project networks and schedules






MANAGER, ESTIMATING

• Engineering degree with Estimation experience on FEED, detailed design project, should have strong experience in offshore & onshore.


• At least 10 years in similar capacity.


• Experience of winning large scale tenders.


• Excellent understanding of Estimating software.






MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.


• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field discipline in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry especially in the lubricants business.


• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.


• Good knowledge of international standards and codes.






ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or a related field of study. Those certified with psychometric assessment will be given preference.


• At least 5 years working experience as HR Generalist, preferably in large conglomerate organization with substantial experience in recruitment and selection.


• Understand the Labour Laws, Industrial Relation Act and prevailing practices and legislations.


• Current Sr. Executive is encouraged to apply.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good in time-management, meticulous and independent






EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTS

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, relevant qualification and / or professional certification.


•2 to 3 years experience in similar capacity.


•Excellent skills and good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standard, analytical ability and problem problem solving skills.



•Competent in MS Office Software and computerized accounting package.


• Able to prepare full set of Financial Report.
