US grad looking for employment in labuan

Hi to all the members in this forum,

I graduated last year in US with a bachelors degree in Actuarial Science/Finance. I have passed an SOA examination and will be sitting for my second 1 soon. I am currently working as an analyst in a bank here in the US for close to a year. US is really a good place to work at, however, due to Visa restrictions I won't be able to stay in the US for long. Hence, I am looking for a job in Labuan which is closer to home (I'm from KK, Sabah =) )

I'm interested in working for an offshore bank or reinsurance company. However, I don't want to limit myself to any specific industries. Would you guys know of any job openings that will be a good fit for me? i've been trying to find job openings through the web but its very hard to find one. And I also read that most companies usually don't post their openings on job search site because they wanna safe cost and tend to rely only on word of mouth to find candidates for opening positions.

Here, I hope I can find someone who would be able to help me with my struggles to get a job in Malaysia. Some of my friends with foreign degrees were not able to get a job even after 6 months. I hope you guys can help me with this. Please leave a comment or PM me, I would really appreciate any kind of help
