Malaysian the fattest in Asia
NST reports sometimes ago that Malaysia has the most number of obese + overweight peoples in Asia. Is that applies to Labuan as well?

How about the food that we are eating at home..too much rice, oil...etc. Everything is goreng goreng, right....otherwise taste lousy. And most of us are eating 5 meals a day...breakfast, tea break, lunch, brunch, dinner, super.....what else. Common...not beerlah. |

....... I know people who drink 9 or 10 pints of beer a day and are as thin as rakes ... and others who only have to look at a big mac and they put on 3 kilos ! ... no, it's all about metabolism in your body. Healthy eating is the only way out
