MICHAEL LOPEZ IC 600110-10-7087
This is an update.

Michael Lopez, who was running Mike's Agency, an insurance brokerage service in Labuan, left the island with debts totalling in the region of 600,000RM. He had admitted to criminal breach of trust in that he sold a house which he held a 50% stake in trust to a third party. And took the cash owed. That charge is with the DPP along awith a further charge of fraud. He borrowed money against a property and offered a false set of "Deeds" as security. That is also with the DPP. There is a further charge of fraud against him and passing bad cheques. At least 2 solicitors in Labuan also have orders to be served on him. He was also involved in petty ltheft when insuring cars. He went to KK and was working with Land Banking outfit, but parted company with then in October. He has "borrowed" further funds and has now set him self up as a house broker. He sometimes, I am told, calls himself Michael Lo.
If anyone finds themselves dealing with a Michael or Mike Lopez or Lo. I strongly suggest that they ask to see his IC. If it tallies with the above, then BEWARE! Under no circumstances trust him. For if it is indeed Lopez, then he is a THIEF, LIAR and CHEAT. I will be most happy if he decides to sue me for Libel....... DO NOT ALLOW HIM TO GET HIS HANDS ON ANY MONEY. He is an Indian from JP. Very dark skinned and about 53 years old.
