FAX Labuan to KK will only commence in Sept 18... I don't think anyone would hv "tested" the Fokker to KK until the mentioned date

Used to travel using this Fokker when I was a kid, 8 - 10 approx. (my age at that time).

The plane will shake whenever we fly thru the cloud. So scary man! But then I was a child at that time, of course so scared la.

It's a high winged monoplane and very strong construction. It has a nice big pair of P&W turbo props and it's supposed to shake, so sit back and enjoy it! It also has a much slower landing and take off speed, be comforted.

being on a plane.. being on any plane, you are putting your life on higher risk to death..

its just like driving a car.. you get the car crash at greater chance.. being on an old plane.. small plane.. at least one props gone, there are still 3 running (?).. i guess it isnt that bad.. at least its german (?)

I thought they are built by the Dutch? The likelyhood of a car crash is far grater than a plane crash.

Dutch aircraft.
Well built.
Good safety record.

Slower take off and landing speed = it don't fall out of the sky like a brick at speed less than 160 knots....... ALL JETS DO PRETTY WELL
